X were a seminal Sydney punk band formed in 1977 and featuring the screaming vocals of Steve Lucas, Ian Krahe on guitar, Ian Rilen on bass and Steve Caffiero on drums. The photo shows Ian Krahe playing his last gig - he died later that night.
