The Red Rockers played The Rainbow Music Hall in Denver on November 13, 1984. Among those in the attendance was Bruce Springsteen, who had met the band the night before at his show at McNichols Arena. After the show, vocalist John Griffin explained, "We gave him a tape last night and he listened to it today, and I guess he was impressed and came down to see the show." The Rockers are best known for their 1983 single "China". They were touring in support of their follow up album. "Schizophrenic Circus."
